JALA Adjustable Learning Tower - Window

I would absolutely love the tower if I had received what I had ordered. It didn’t come with all the right parts, and after contacting the support team as soon as it arrived… weeks later, still no help. They assured me that I have in fact got the correct pieces and that I must have confused the two similar parts?!?! I received 2x the platform for the tower and no platform for the stool - yes they are similar - but the screw holes don’t line up and one has dowels sticking out from it. Very frustrated and disappointed.

My Duckling have very kindly provided us with a Jala Deluxe learning Tower for our playgroup kitchen.

Already it’s made a huge difference to our life.

Before, we had a great stool that did give children access to the kitchen sink for washing their hands before preparing food, or helping with the dishes but with the young ones, we really felt like we had to be right there. With a learning tower, of course we’re still going to be right there but it means we can be working alongside the child feeling more secure about their safety at a height.

It’s been really lovely observing the children figuring out how to get up and down from the learning tower.

We really wanted a piece of furniture that wasn’t massive, So the Jala deluxe really met that goal. It is working well with our children aged 12 months - 4/5years.

Sometimes we have older siblings in attendance and the narrower depth does make it more challenging for them to use - If you were using the learning tower with older children, we would definitely recommend going for the deeper model but for our playgroup, we are very happy and think this learning tower is just perfect. 💕

My baby is loving this tower 😊 The quality is excellent. The only downside is the side openings, my little one keeps trying to climb through them

Really good quality compared to others I’ve seen plus you get the extra stool/step. My only comment would be is the standing area is very narrow so if you had a bigger toddler they could grow out of it very quickly.

The tower arrived so quickly - we’re rural so very impressed. It was easy to assemble and our little ones helped. My toddler and bigger kid both enjoy it.

We absolutely love the addition of the learning tower in our house. My toddler took straight to it and can now enjoy watching and helping me with the cooking and dishes. Not to mention it’s also a great place for him to stand and eat his snacks. So pleased we purchased!

We had an original learning tower for our 3 year old.
Our 1 year old has just started to be on the move.
His favorite move is climbing!
He was climbing into his sisters tower because he wanted to see what was happening on top of the bench.
His sister didn’t want to share her tower which brought on a few tears.
So we ordered another tower and it was here so quick.
Now both kids can use there tower and be happy and have no more tears

It’s a perfect learning tower, very sturdy and the wood has such a nice finish. Even before assembling it, I opened the box and was like wow worth the money.

Great quality product, we use it multiple times a day our daughter loves it! Easy for her to climb in and out of, and nice and easy to clean.

We are so glad we chose to purchase our tower from my duckling! The quality of the tower is great, it’s easy to assemble and has handy features like being able to adjust the height of the tower. Our daughter has found so much independence in being able to get up to the bench, she loves baking and this enables her to help. The design is sleek and does not stick out too far or take up too much room. The step stool is a great addition too!

The learning tower is really great quality and my little girl loves it. It's really sturdy and has plenty of space for her to move, but it doesn't take up a lot of room in the kitchen.
The white is east to clean and fits nicely into the house.

The learning tower was so easy to put together and it’s perfect for my toddler to feel included during food prep. My child is no longer pulling at my leg to be picked up while I’m chopping food or cooking. I love that it is lightweight but does mean my child can slightly move it around by pulling it. This doesn’t bother me as I’d prefer it be easy to move out of the way of drawers and such. Definitely worth it to spend a bit more money on this particular tower vs buying a cheap one that doesn’t include different height options. The small stool that comes with this item is so convenient as well, will be used by myself and my child as they grow older.

Grandson cant keep of it want to peel all the veges now thought that an added xtra would be a removable seat across the front and back bars at half way step stool very handy at the hand basin

My little one uses the kitchen helper every single day. It’s been the best purchase by far. It’s quite slim line so doesn’t clutter the kitchen, it’s a good weight so no risk of it being tipped over. We love the adjustable heights so can be used for many years to come.
Quality is so much better than the cheaper options in the market so worth the price. Thanks!

Very happy with the product.

One of the best things I have brought for my toddler. We use it every day, he loves helping in the kitchen and is now a perfect height and safe for standing at the bench top. The extra step is useful so he has two places to stand in the kitchen and also, takes it off to the bathroom to brush his teeth!
