Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days from our Auckland warehouse.

*Please note that dispatch times may be longer during peak sale periods or if your order contains one or more pre-order items.*

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
When you purchase a pre-order item, your whole order is automatically placed on backorder list and will be held until the pre-order stock has arrived at our warehouse.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service assigned to your order. For the most accurate and up-to-date delivery estimate, please refer to the tracking link included in your dispatch confirmation email.

The following delivery timeframe is for reference only, we don't guarantee that your parcel will be delivered within the timeframe.

*For areas that are Out of Service or Rural please allow a further 2-4 days

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur once your parcel has left our warehouse. These delays are outside of our control and may be caused by:

Severe weather conditions
Transport or road disruptions
Courier network delays
Peak sale events
Public holidays
High-volume shipping periods

Our Courier Partners

We work with a range of trusted courier partners across New Zealand to provide the most suitable delivery service for every order. The courier assigned will depend on your delivery address, parcel size, and the products purchased.

Please note that once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes, as all deliveries are subject to the courier's operations and network conditions.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Australia

Customers located in Australia can place orders directly through our Australia website for the best product availability and local support.

United States

Customers located in the United States can place orders through our United States website for products available in that region.

If you are located outside Australia, New Zealand, or the United States, unfortunately we are unable to dispatch our products to you.
