Shipping Policy

New Zealand:

1. All orders received are expected to be dispatched within 2 business days from our Auckland warehouse.

2. Shipping cost will be calculated at check out depending on the locations. Please refer to the following:

- Auckland: NZD 9.95
- North Island (except Auckland): NZD 15.95
- South Island: NZD 25.95
- Other Islands: NZD 35.95

3. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number

4. The estimated delivery times vary based on your location. The following delivery timeframe is for reference only, we don't guarantee that your parcel will be delivered within the timeframe.

- Auckland: 1-2 business days
- North Island: 2-3 business days
- South Island: 3-5 business days
- For areas that are Out of Service or Rural please allow a further 2-4 days 

Outside New Zealand:

We don't ship orders outside of New Zealand from our Auckland warehouse. If you'd like to ship it to Australia, please visit our Australia website.
